For the release of the fourth full-length album 'Gift' by the CCM(Contemporary Christian Music) project group HisWill, the project’s logo and overall identity were completely revamped. The redesign aimed to convey a bright and warm image that aligns with the album's title, Gift. The cover image was created using 3DS MAX, focusing on evoking a sense of warmth and lightness, akin to the texture of paper and the softness of light. The pastel color palette was chosen to express God's love, as well as the upbeat rhythms and warm melodies featured on the album.
The album packaging was designed in a digipak format, emphasizing an analog touch that stands out in today’s digital music era. Notably, instead of using a plastic tray, cardboard was used to enhance the tactile experience, positioning the album as a collectible item. The logo was developed using the Sabon LT Std typeface, with a fine line symbolizing the capital letter "H." This line’s length is adjustable, allowing for flexible application across various media and contexts.
The project involved litho offset printing on paper, glossy lamination, cardboard die-cutting, and laser-cutting to achieve the final product.
